Located on a steep site with beach frontage this existing holiday home was originally a small cottage located at the bottom of the site. The work involved a large modern addition on various levels connecting to the existing cottage with minimal change to the existing cottage accommodation. The existing hipped roof of the cottage was replaced with a curved roof to match the proposed curved roof forms of the new addition.
