The original modest one storey cottage was demolished to make way for a new 3 storey dwelling with a roof deck commanding extensive harbour views. The modern structure incorporates a small internal landscaped courtyard creating a visual focal point while also allowing light to penetrate and air to circulate through a series of surrounding louvre windows. The rear living space extends the width of the property opening onto a large covered outdoor entertaining area flowing onto a landscaped yard and pool area. A combination of stone, copper and timber were combined to create this palatial home.
